PROJECT: Google Ads.
Based on Google's latest best practices, each ad includes three headlines and two descriptions, with up to 90 characters per description. Since our target audience ranges from everyday business owners who are new to compliance to industry professionals well- versed in legal jargon, I crafted a mix of conversational, search-friendly phrases and SEO- optimized language to maximize reach and engagement. Here are my three ads:

PROJECT: Cold Email to American Market
The project asked to write a cold soliciting e-mail to American Market with cultural reference (Jan. 2025): I referenced the new year and new administration to resonate with a US audience and used bold formatting for quick scanning—a common practice we use in American internal communications. My approach was to open with positivity rather than a fear-based, sales-y tone. I created a Google calendar link for easy scheduling and provided the website scanner tool, both hyperlinked:

My submission includes three different tone approaches: US- Culturally Relevant, Playful (risqué) and Professional, and each tailored to two key user types: Budget Conscious and Confidence Seekers. My strategy is based on segmentation best practices, considering factors like income, type of business, engagement, and upgrade likelihood to maximize conversion. I used facts from the site and opted for viral and hot topics for us in America, plus who doesn’t love emojis?!
